Cebu City (10 July) -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo expressed confidence with Cebuano officials that the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) will be finished in time for the holding of the Asean Summit in December.
During an interview with ABS-CBN Cebu's Leo Lastimosa during her visit to Cebu last Friday to preside over the joint Cabinet and Regional Development Council Meeting at Malacañang sa Sugbo, Mrs. Arroyo said she was told that the construction of the CICC was ahead of schedule. (More)
